Carers Rights Day - Friday 4 December 2009
Carers Rights Day 2009 is all about ‘Caring for your income and pension’.
To celebrate this Wrexham Carers Service will be visiting the following locations onboard an information bus and will be joined by professionals from a number of other organisations offering advice and information.
